Delivery within the U.S.: 3–8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

In rare cases, delivery may take longer than expected. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will send a replacement order.

Please note that delays are more likely during the holiday season (November–December) and promotional periods.
⏱ Processing Time vs Shipping Time

Processing Time: 3–5 business days (separate from shipping time).

Orders are generally processed within 4–6 business days (checked, packed, handed to logistics, and dispatched).

During busy seasons or promotions, processing may take longer.

Once processing is complete, our shipping carrier will pick up your package, and tracking information will be sent to you via email.
❌ Cancelling an Order

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

If you request a cancellation within 30 minutes before your order is processed, a $20 transaction fee will be charged per order.

If we confirm that your order is already processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a recently placed order.
